New Delhi, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday will issue a postage stamp and special cover on the occasion of the silver jubilee foundation day of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) here.
He will also launch the new version of NHRC website, which will be more user-friendly and accessible to persons with special needs.
